Accessible from any computer or mobile device and composed of several service modules that serve the different areas and processes of the company, ISFlights works as a single platform for ramp operation control. It allows comprehensive monitoring and control with reliable, real-time information on operations, with KPIs on execution times, delays, productivity, SLAs and incidents; and the possibility of automating those mechanical tasks that do not add value to the business.

The ISFlights Sales module allows you to manage the complete life cycle of contracts, from their signing to their termination, in accordance with the Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA), allowing you to manage contracts in terms of services to be provided, cancellation of contracts, non-renewals, definition of SLAs, tariffs, etc.

The ISFlights MCS module allows you to register flight schedules manually and/or automatically (SSIM), receive and send information in real time to airport agents through IATA Messaging and/or email, manage the license plates of each flight and be able to establish a real-time monitoring of ground operations, with automated information on the status and times of the flights to be served.
In addition, it has modules for the integral management of flight observations and incidents, the integral management of delays and their causes/responsible parties, and the storage and consultation of the assistance report.

The ISFlights Quality module allows the quick and easy visualization of statistics and reports in real time about the ground operation performed. This tool offers a wide range of customizable reports that allow an effective control of our KPIs, also offering the possibility of generating automatic mailings.

The ISFlights Mobile component facilitates the management of tasks through mobile terminals. This tool schedules and assigns tasks and plans and updates them in real time with crew geolocation. It automatically measures the duration of the tasks performed and controls the additional services performed.

The digital solution of ISFlights Manpower manages the entire structure of Human Resources of the company: jobs, departments, contracts, applications and approvals. It has an extensive catalogue of filters for quick access to the information requested. It also has a productivity control with an attractive graphic display and simulation tools. It also controls the shifts and attendances of the personnel in real time.

The ISFlights Revenue component facilitates all billing tasks for Commercial Airlines, AdHoc, Equipment Rentals and payments. It allows the configuration based on the contracts, the automatic generation of invoices, the scheduled or manual sending to the clients, and the elaboration of different invoicing reports.
The Mobile Inventory solution allows you to know where to act and in which network resource, inventory the spare parts or correct defects in the inventory of networks.

BRS - Baggage Reconciliation System
The loss or delay of baggage delivery generates a significant dissatisfaction in our customers, along with the loss of reputation and revenue that this causes. Our BRS solution allows us to know at any time the location of the luggage through different queries such as the airport of departure, destination, flight number, code and those may be required that for reasons of internal processes. The BRS solution of Implemental Systems for the management and location of luggage based on cloud technology allows a fast and efficient implementation, as well as the possibility of interconnection with DCS systems in real time.
This integration with DCS systems generates a complete technological scheme capable of guaranteeing the management of all the luggage in our charge. This increases passenger satisfaction and avoids possible economic losses for our clients, as we ensure the reconciliation of each traveller with their luggage.
